Fair Settlements
Peggy Gehl provides a relaxed and informal mediation and arbitration atmosphere. She conducts her mediations at a neutral court reporter’s office near the Broward County Courthouse, or at the venue of the parties’ choice.
Judge Gehl strives for voluntary and fair settlements. Unfair settlements springing from improper influence, stress or coercion, are discouraged and avoided.
Parties leave Peggy Gehl’s mediations and arbitrations with a written and signed settlement agreement to be approved by the Judge, or to be kept confidential.
